Debris rains onto NYC highway, injuring 1 and causing traffic nightmare

A chunk of debris fell from an overpass on the Cross Bronx Expressway – striking a car below and injuring one person, the FDNY said. A call for a person struck by the falling debris near Exit 1 along the Cross Bronx Expressway was received at around 7:50 a. m.
