A 15-year-old boy was shot in the head in The Bronx on Monday afternoon — a day after an 18-year-old was killed in Brooklyn, authorities said. The boy was wounded behind the NYCHA’s Boston Secor Houses in the Eastchester neighborhood around 2:50 p. m.
