A cross-dressing “neighbor from hell” who has been wreaking havoc in the halls of a Bronx apartment complex in a pink thong was arrested after allegedly harassing his neighbor and her son. Anthony Orozco was taken into custody at his Williamsbridge apartment on Friday around 5:45 p. m.
