Boy, 14, shot while sitting in parked car in apparently targeted NYC attack: cops, sources

A 14-year-old boy was shot in an apparently targeted attack as he sat in a parked car on the grounds of a Bronx housing complex Wednesday morning, cops and sources said. The boy was inside the car at Seward and Rosedale avenues around 7:30 a. m.
