Verizon cuts several hundred US workers months after slashing 13,000 jobs

Verizon's CFO said last week that the company is "running leaner" after cutting 13,000 jobs in November. Zamek/VIEWpressVerizon is cutting several hundred workers, or less than 1% of its head count. The move affects employees across the US, with the largest share of the cuts at the company's New Jersey headquarters.
