A cross-dressing “neighbor from hell” has been terrorizing a Bronx apartment building where he’s been living rent-free for a year — wildly waving around weapons, masturbating in the hallway and even threatening to blow the place up with gas, disturbing footage shows. The terror tenant was filmed through a horrified neighbor’s peephole in the E 214th St. building in the Williamsbridge section of the Bronx banging on their door with a hatchet and yelling while wearing a dress, video obtained by News 12 The Bronx shows.
