The weirdo who allegedly carried a woman into a Queens subway station in a rush-hour horror was arrested – as prosecutors revealed he told the victim he was “pretending to kidnap” her. Arif Nour, 23, surrendered Monday at the NYPD’s 108th Precinct – two weeks after he allegedly cornered a stranger and hauled her across a commercial Sunnyside Gardens street and into an elevated subway station, authorities said. Nour, of Brooklyn, was charged with attempted kidnapping and unlawful imprisonment, prosecutors said.
