Gamestop is offering $56 billion to buy Ebay. GameStop has made an unsolicited offer to acquire eBay in a deal that would be valued at about $56 billion, proposing a cash-and-stock transaction combining the video game retailer's physical store network with one of the world's largest online marketplaces.
