Phillies third baseman Alec Bohm’s parents are attempting to have his lawsuit against them dismissed, The Athletic reported, citing Philadelphia court documents. Bohm is suing his parents for at least $3 million, alleging they defrauded him out of earnings while they managed his finances. “This is a private, family dispute regarding personal finances,” Daniel and Lisa Bohm stated in their objections, per The Athletic: “with no nexus to Philadelphia, that is subject to arbitration in Florida.
