Manning, a quarterback at Baylor School in Chattanooga, was tossing passes Tuesday in Chattanooga while moving outside the pocket and scrambling, as seen in a joint Instagram video post with Reese Phillips, a lead trainer at QB Country and a former Kentucky quarterback. “We can’t control the noise,” the caption reads.
