WASHINGTON — The Department of Justice has indicted former FBI Director James Comey for a second time, sources familiar with the matter told The Post Tuesday. The charges — which were not immediately clear — were first reported by CNN. One of Comey’s defense attorneys in his earlier case involving alleged false statements to Congress declined to comment.
