The traumatized son of a former county supervisor accused of molesting his daughter recounted the night of the incident in horrifying detail. Robert Scrivner, 17, claimed to lawmakers on Tuesday his father Zack came home on April 23, 2024, took a cocktail of drugs then climbed into bed with his sister and did the “unspeakable. ” He alleged the girl ran downstairs at their Tehachapi house crying and told her what her dad had done to her before he and his brother confronted him and had to snatch a firearm off him.
