A destructive vandal hurled a Lime scooter from a freeway overpass in Los Angeles early Tuesday, causing a chain-reaction crash below involving seven vehicles. The incident occurred shortly after midnight, when the suspect launched the scooter from the Adams Boulevard overpass onto the northbound lanes of Interstate 110 in downtown LA, ABC 7 reported. 4 The scooter was thrown off an overpass early Tuesday morning.
