A bully who attacked a subway rider while yelling homophobic slurs was busted after three months on the loose for trying to skip a train fare, cops and sources said.   Yeshayahu Carraway, 41, had attacked a 24-year-old man who he followed off a northbound L train at the Lorimer Street stop in Williamsburg around 5:00 a. m.
