Just days before the NFL draft, one of the top wide receiver prospects has been arrested on two possible misdemeanor charges. Former USC and Georgia wide receiver Zachariah Branch, a consensus Day 2 pick in the draft, faces misdemeanor charges of obstructing public sidewalks/streets, prowling and obstruction of a law enforcement officer.
