Police dramatically arrested the singer D4vd in connection with the murder of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas — but the case may have a major potential issue, according to TMZ. The Los Angeles Police Department arrested D4vd late Thursday and said the case would be presented to prosecutors with the Los Angeles District Attorney on Monday.
