Progressive activist Nomiki Konst, who dated de Blasio last year after his split from wife Chirlaine McCray, recalled an encounter in 2016 with Swalwell at a Chicago hotel during a Democratic National Committee celebration that made her “really uncomfortable. ”The married, accused rapist bought her a prosecco during a group toast and instantly “zoomed in” on her, Konst recalled on journalist Tara Palmeri’s podcast.
