A Florida man allegedly opened fire on his migrant Uber driver, telling him to “go back to his country” during a heated argument over politics and religion. David Stuart Stinson was slapped with a handful of charges, including shooting a deadly missile at a vehicle and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, in the early morning shooting outside of Clearwater Sunday. Stinson, who turned 42 the day after the alleged shooting, had ordered the rideshare to pick him up at his sister’s home in Oldsmar and bring to his house in Largo, when the conversation inside the car turned violent, according to an arrest affidavit viewed by The Post.
