A Louisiana elementary school teacher has been hit with 25 sex charges — including first-degree rape — involving two young students. Marisa Noel, 31, was first arrested and charged Monday following a two-month investigation into her disturbing behavior with a fifth-grader she taught at Teche Elementary School in Breaux Bridge, the St. Martin’s Parish Sheriffs said.
