A driver who struck and killed a jogger in front of his wife last year is now suing the man’s family, claiming he now suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder. Gavin Maas, 25, hit and killed Anthony Miller, a 37-year-old father of two and award-winning nurse, while he was on an early morning run with his wife, Bailey Miller, in August. Maas said he moved to give Bailey Miller room when he saw her reflective clothing — but didn’t see her husband, who was wearing dark clothing in the dark and rain, according to a police report.
