A Florida woman was allegedly so drunk behind the wheel that she was pulled over driving the wrong way down the road and then handed a cop a Barnes & Noble gift card instead of her license. Kami Ellis, 52, was pulled over in Tampa by a deputy with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday at 12:30 a. m.
