A homeless ex-con rescued a lost child he spotted wandering through the streets of Miami late Wednesday night — earning him high praise from officers, who warned there was no telling “what would have happened” to the boy if he hadn’t stepped up. Arnett Johnson has slept on the same bench in Miami’s Allapattah neighborhood since he was released from prison six months ago. On Wednesday, Johnson was stunned to see a young boy walking around on his own just before midnight, according to Local10.
