Cowboys veteran Markquese Bell was arrested on multiple drug charges in a Dallas suburb Friday. The safety was booked in Prosper, Texas, on a felony count of possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana, Collin County Sheriff’s Office records show. The 27-year-old Bell could face a lengthy suspension or heavy fines under the NFL’s Personal Conduct Policy.
