Murder suspect caught with meth while climbing an open Seattle drawbridge

Seattle police stumbled upon a murder suspect when they spotted a man dangerously scaling a drawbridge while it was opening — and later found he was carrying meth. The man, whose identity was not released, was reported attempting to cross the century-old Ballard Bridge while it was being raised to allow boats to pass through the waterway Tuesday evening, according to the Seattle Police Department. A wanted murder suspect was arrested when he was seen climbing the Ballard Bridge while it was opening.
