The CEO of California’s famous burger chain In-N-Out has promised that the fast-food spot will not embrace the current trend of offering online food delivery. Speaking to an audience at the private Pepperdine University in Malibu recently, chief executive Lynsi Snyder-Ellingson made it clear she plans to keep things the way they have been for customers since her grandparents started the business more than seven decades ago. 3 In-N-Out will stick to those traditions that made it a hit when it first opened in 1948.
