A horrific house fire has revealed a two-year-old boy, who died in the blaze, was allegedly being tortured by his uncle. The agricultural city of Turlock, about 300 miles northwest of LA, is in turmoil after the toddler was found in what cops are calling a twisted arson case. The boy’s uncle, Richard Regalado, 29, appeared in Stanislaus County Superior Court on Friday for his arraignment, facing multiple felony charges, including murder, arson and torture.
