WNBA legend Candace Parker chimed in on the drama surrounding UConn head coach Geno Auriemma’s fiery altercation with South Carolina coach Dawn Staley. Parker, who was announced as a member of the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame’s 2026 class on Saturday, was asked about Auriemma and Staley’s heated exchange following the Gamecocks’ 62-48 Final Four March Madness win over the Huskies on Friday. “In time, you see people’s colors over and over again,” Parker said.
