A man accused of attacking the car of the duo behind “Gown and Out in Beverly Hills” has been arrested after the reality TV stars described the road-rage incident as one the most frightening of their lives. The suspect, Kevin Hernandez, was taken into custody Wednesday on the 500 block of Melrose Avenue in connection with the wild confrontation, according to the LAPD. He was booked on felony vandalism charges.
