Laura Desmond, CEO of Smartly, said ads on OpenAI will get more conversational and tailored to the individual user. SmartlyOpenAI has signed Smartly as its first creative adtech partner. Smartly's ultimate goal is to help create personalized ChatGPT ads that users can interact with.
