An SUV jumped the sidewalk and smashed into an Upper East Side jewelry shop just feet from an outdoor seating area Tuesday morning, according to jarring images and police. A 62-year-old woman lost control of her vehicle and barreled into the Ginette NY jewelry store on East 91st Street and Madison Avenue in Manhattan around 9:30 a. m.
