She made it a high school. A teacher who “reeked” of marijuana was busted for selling drugs at the high school where she taught, according to police. Jocelyn McArthur, a 33-year-old honors math teacher, was caught with pot she intended to sell on campus at Overhills High School in Spring Lake, North Carolina, according to the Harnett County Sheriff’s Office.
