The song, titled “Spencer, Saca la Bassura,” aka “Spencer, take out the trash,” is a rhythmic roasting of the city’s current state, from the mounting homeless encampments to the potholes that “still attack my tires flat. ” The animated video shows Bass taking selfies in far-off locations like Ghana while the hills of Los Angeles burn behind her.
