This is the moment an obnoxious driver gave a rude awakening to a quiet Queens neighborhood, burning rubber during a late-night drag race and car meet-up that ended with a wild police chase, video obtained by The Post shows. Bystander footage captured the hectic scene, with cars stopped in all directions at the intersection of 150th Street and Jewel Avenue in Kew Gardens Hills as a black sedan recklessly does donuts. The driver circles several times before taking off down the road with a cop car on his tail, the footage shows.
