A Massachusetts cop and her husband were arrested and charged Thursday with horrific rape allegations lodged by a child the couple took into their home — after she was mysteriously suspended last week. Plymouth Police Officer Samantha Pelrine, 31, and her husband, Daniel Forand, 37, began abusing the 12-year-old victim soon after they moved in with the couple in 2019, court docs alleged. Plymouth Police Officer Samantha Pelrine, stands accused along with her husband of physically and sexually abusing a child under their care.
