Campaign kicks off to rename SF’s Cesar Chavez Street after Chuck Norris

A movement is afoot in San Francisco to rechristen a street bearing disgraced labor leader Cesar Chavez’s name in honor of late action star Chuck Norris. Stephen M. Pinto, a former candidate for SF District Supervisor, pitched the renaming to the city’s Board of Supervisors in a post on X showing a reimagined street sign bearing the famed martial artist’s name.
