Stunning footage shows sparks fly as an out-of-control driver appears to drag two cyclists down a busy Harlem street — making no effort to stop — during a horrific crash that killed one person and injured four Thursday. The unidentified 49-year-old speed demon is shown in surveillance footage dragging two victims and possibly a bike under the hood of the car at around 8:05 p. m.
