Terry Rozier will not be a member of the Heat for much longer. Multiple outlets reported on Thursday night that the Heat are planning on waiving the embattled guard in order to create a roster spot for their playoff run. The NBA player is on an expiring deal and the Heat would need to waive him by 5 p.
