A private Poughkeepsie university failed to protect students from a confessed sex-addicted classmate who allegedly placed peeping-tom cameras in campus bathrooms, a new lawsuit claims. Former Marist University student Kyle Petrozzi, 23, was indicted last year on 16 felony charges for allegedly installing multiple surveillance cameras in a major campus hall’s unisex bathrooms, according to Dutchess County officials. 3 Former Marist University student Kyle Petrozzi was charged last fall with 16 felonies in connection to the sick bathroom cameras.
