The disappearance of Nancy Guthrie, the 84-year-old mother of NBC "Today" show co-anchor Savannah Guthrie, has entered its seventh week with no confirmed breakthroughs as authorities continue investigating what they describe as an abduction from her Catalina Foothills home. Nancy Guthrie was last seen on the evening of January 31, 2026, when family members dropped her off at her residence in the affluent Tucson suburb after dinner with her daughter Annie Guthrie, who lives nearby. She failed to appear for a planned online church service the next morning, February 1, prompting her family to report her missing around noon.
