The scorching heat wave smashing California has caused a surge in people stumbling on rattlesnakes as shocking video surfaces out of San Diego County of one swimming across a pool. A Rancho Santa Fe homeowner got a terrifying scare when they went into their backyard and found a nearly three foot rattler in it. The person called veteran snake wrangler Bruce Ireland, founder of The Snake Wranglers, who posted a video of the discovery and rescue on his Instagram account.
