Oakland mass shooting caught on horrific video — as victims identified

Horrific footage captured the moment a mass shooting happened at a bar in Oakland, leaving two dead and five injured. In the video a fight appears to break out, which results in gunfire outside EZ’s Lounge near 14th and Franklin streets, about a block from City Hall, as people run to take cover in a stampede. The clip shows one man walk up to another and push him.
