The 76ers will be without yet another star for a few weeks. Philadelphia point guard Tyrese Maxey was diagnosed with a tendon injury in his right pinkie finger after aggravating it during Saturday’s game against the Hawks and will be re-evaluated in three weeks, ESPN’s Shams Charania reported Tuesday.
