A brute randomly sucker-punched an on-duty NYPD school crossing guard during the morning rush in The Bronx last week, cops said Tuesday. The 46-year-old woman was working at the corner of Gerard Avenue and East 167th Street in the Concourse neighborhood around 8:15 a. m.
