Carter’s resignation from the cushy, $1. 5 million-per-year job – which came after he confessed to giving “inappropriate access to Ohio State leadership” to a woman who wanted help with her business – was linked to Krisanthe Vlachos, host of “The Callout Podcast,” by a show sponsor just hours after news broke of his departure Monday.
