The Phillies made sure Jesús Luzardo isn’t going anywhere. The team locked up the 28-year-old lefty on a five-year, $135 million contract extension on Monday, The Post’s Jon Heyman confirmed. Luzardo was set to become a free agent at the end of the 2026 season after coming over in a deal with the Marlins before this past season.
