Lindsey Vonn is taking her recovery “one day a at time. ” On Thursday, the 41-year-old American alpine skier gave fans an inside look at her rehab journey in a new Instagram video that featured her doing a series of exercises roughly one month after a horrific crash at the 2026 Milan Cortina Winter Olympics. In the clip, Vonn can be seen using a leg extension machine before pivoting to upper-body work with dumbbells.
