A New Jersey-based transit line with a hulking “snow mountain” in one of its parking lots is taking bets on when the dirt-covered heap will finally melt. The Port Authority Transit Corporation (PATCO) station in Haddonfield, New Jersey was left buried in the white stuff in the aftermath of Winter Storm Fern and, mere weeks later, Winter Storm Hernando. 3 Haddonfield’s “snow mountain” is “still holding strong” as of Wednesday.
