Former “American Idol” contestant Caleb Flynn has been tossed in solitary confinement after he allegedly shot his wife dead, according to a report. Flynn, 39, was placed in a single cell at an Ohio lockup to isolate him for his safety, a veteran corrections officer at the jail told TMZ — who added that fellow inmates have been asking staff about the singer’s whereabouts. While he’s completely alone, Flynn still has access to a tablet that he can use to make phone calls, watch movies without nudity and read letters, the source said.
