Authorities are searching for a pardoned Jan. 6 rioter and self-proclaimed white supremacist from Maryland who allegedly livestreamed himself touching the hair of several unsuspecting women on Metro trains. Bryan Betancur, 28, has an active arrest warrant for an assault and battery offense that took place aboard a Silver Line train servicing the Clarendon Metro Station in Virginia on Sunday evening, according to the Metro Transit Police.
