A New York City duo was busted for allegedly stealing a fleet of luxury jet skis and a new boat during a string of brazen, overnight heists at Long Island homes. Willis Estrella Genao, 28, and Carlos Torres Rodriguez, 27, are accused of targeting Suffolk County’s quiet waterfront neighborhoods in the dead of night from October 2025 through January of this year, according to District Attorney Ray Tierney. “These defendants, both of whom live in the city, allegedly drove out to Suffolk County to preyon our residents by brazenly stealing property right from victims’ driveways and backyards,” said Tierney.
